Rider App Features: OTP login, KYC upload (DL, RC, Insurance, Aadhaar/PAN), ride request accept/reject functionality, navigation to pickup points, auto fare calculation with commission deduction, earnings dashboard. 5. Admin Panel Features: Rider approval/blocking options, live ride tracking, commission control (15%), fare settings, wallet monitoring for riders, daily payout processing, and analytics/reporting tools. 6. System Requirements: Live GPS tracking for real-time updates and notifications; support for over 1,000 riders and 50,000 customers. Deliverables include Android and iOS apps (if available), an admin panel with source code ownership, deployment support, and post-launch assistance.
