I have a concept set of 2-D drawings for a very fluid, organic building and its surrounding terrain. I now need an editable 3-D model that captures every curve, elevation change, and material nuance, then brings it all to life in a short fly-through animation. The animation should focus on how the proposed structure nestles into the landscape, so exterior massing, contours, and vegetation must read naturally while still letting the architecture stand out. Inside the building I would like to see evocative wall textures and strategic plantings that reinforce the organic concept, but nothing else needs to be fully furnished at this stage. I’m flexible on software—Blender, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or whichever package you feel will give me a clean, future-proof file that I can keep adjusting as the design evolves. Deliverables • An adjustable native 3-D file with all geometry cleanly grouped and named • A rendered fly-through (HD mp4) that tours exterior and key interior moments, ideally 30–60 seconds • A handful of high-resolution stills for presentation boards I’ll supply the drawings and any reference photos immediately after kickoff and can answer questions about scale, materials, or camera path.
