Your mission starts with standing up the Optimizely space, defining content models, and wiring everything into a clean Git workflow. From there you’ll craft a reusable component library in React, leverage Next.js for server-side rendering and static generation, and keep performance front-of-mind. A key feature is an authenticated agent portal—think secure login, personalised dashboards, and role-based content—built on the same GraphQL layer so our marketing team can manage everything in one place. Deliverables • Fully configured Optimizely SaaS CMS with content types ready for editors • Next.js site populated via GraphQL, responsive and SEO-friendly • Agent portal with authentication, permission checks, and dynamic data • CI/CD pipeline and deployment documentation, ready for hand-off Acceptance criteria 1. Marketing can edit every visible text or image directly in the CMS 2. Lighthouse performance & accessibility scores of 90+ on public pages 3. All GraphQL queries are type-safe and lint-clean with tests in place 4.
