Over the past few months my WooCommerce store has been burning through CPU / RAM and taking the whole site offline—even in the middle of the night when sales are minimal. I need a deep-dive into both WordPress and my cPanel environment to trace exactly what is eating the resources, clean it out, and leave the shop running lean and stable. The job in a nutshell • Inspect server logs, PHP processes, MySQL usage, cron jobs and anything else that could trigger resource spikes. • Audit the entire WordPress stack—core, themes, and every plugin—for bloat, conflicts, outdated code or security gaps. • Block or throttle spam bots and other abusive traffic at the server or firewall level; .htaccess rules, fail2ban, Cloudflare, Wordfence, reCAPTCHA—whatever works best. • Optimise performance: database tuning, object/page caching, image compression, minification, lazy loading, and proper cron scheduling. • Remove leftovers, clear caches, update components, and document every change. Check backend, front end, database, cache settings, cloudflare settings. Basically everything to make the website at its most effecient and best Acceptance criteria 1. The site must remain online under normal traffic with no resource-limit warnings for at least 72 hours after the work is complete. 2. Average page load time on the homepage and a typical product page should drop below 2 seconds (measured with GTmetrix or WebPageTest). 3. A short report summarising root causes, the fixes applied, and any ongoing maintenance tips must be delivered. I’ll provide full cPanel and WordPress admin credentials plus any additional access you need. If you’re seasoned with WooCommerce, server optimisation, and security hardening, let’s get this store running smoothly again.
