I am an ophthalmologist in Sydney. While I am an early career specialist in practice in Sydney, I have over a decade of experience as an ophthalmologist. I am a cornea cataract and refractive specialist. I work in private practice in multiple locations across Sydney and also in public practice at two major teaching hospitals in Sydney. I need to develop a website that will draw in patients for cornea, cataract and refractive surgery as I try to build my surgical volume - this is the primary focus of this website. I will need my website to have the information that other cornea, cataract and refractive surgeons provide including patient information on common cornea, cataract and refractive conditions as well as about the surgical managment of these. I would prefer to not have to generate all of this patient information myself as I think there is enough information out there that can be leveraged and rewritten with AI support so that it reads more originally. I definitely need the language to be warm but professional and easy for patients to follow, and good english and spelling is crucial. I already have a logo developed by a freelance designer which I would like to use, perhaps in another colour palette, but am also open to other suggestions which would fit the design of my website better. I will need a web designer to help with making my website stand out as there are many other ophthalmologists and ophthalmology practices with websites in Sydney. I would want my web developer to incorporate phrases and strategies to optimise my website for a web search so that it returns a higher match and preferences my website above others. I will require that any developer be open to future work on updating the website, and if not then I need to know if the coding and design used can be easily used by another developer/designer for future work. I would preference website delivered for a set price rather than a rate per hour as I do not want the cost of the site to be a lot more than anticipated. I prefer modern, minimalist, calm/relaxing feel to website, with patient's feeling that they are getting the very latest, modern, personalised and advanced eye surgery techniques and technologies available to them. Prefer a maximum of two weeks for completion of website. Looking for extra care and effort with content, design and cool functionality features.
