I run onella-iq.com on the Shopify platform and want to turn the current storefront into a faster, cleaner experience that converts better and is easier to manage. The work spans both visual polish and deeper functional tweaks, all to be handled within the Shopify ecosystem (Theme Editor, Liquid, Shopify APIs, optional apps). Design goals • Refresh the homepage hero, collections grid, and promotional sections so they feel coherent and on-brand • Re-work product pages to spotlight imagery, reviews, and up-sell blocks without slowing load time • Simplify the main navigation and mega-menu so shoppers reach any collection in two clicks or less Functional goals - Replace the default search and filter with a robust, faceted solution that is quick on mobile and includes auto-suggest - Streamline checkout flow, including multiple local payment methods and a clearer progress indicator - Integrate direct “Chat on WhatsApp” triggers for both support and remarketing follow-ups - Optimise account dashboards so customers can track orders, manage returns, and reorder in one place - Activate local currency (IQD) through POS app. - Modify the Product desgin as the international and professionel websites. Key deliverables 1. Staging theme with all visual updates implemented and responsive across major browsers 2. Working search/filter module connected to Shopify collections and tags 3. Custom checkout and payment settings configured and tested in live mode 4. WhatsApp API or approved app hooked to product pages, cart, and thank-you page with editable templates 5. Handover guide covering any Liquid snippets, JS additions, and app configurations 6.
