We are empowering small retailers to go digital easily. We are looking for energetic, field-oriented freelancers who can onboard local shops and train them to use our platform. Role & Responsibilities • Visit and onboard local retail shops (kirana, vegetable stores, boutiques, service providers, etc.) • Explain Bazly.in platform benefits to shop owners • Help shop owners: • Create product catalogs • Upload products • Modify website blocks using our website builder • Provide basic training on managing orders and updating their shop website • Ensure shops are genuine and verified before submission • Maintain onboarding data and report weekly progress Compensation Structure • ₹50 per successfully onboarded & verified shop • ₹3,000 performance allowance on completing 50 genuine verified shop onboardings per month • High performers can scale earnings with higher targets (No fixed salary – target-based performance model) Requirements • Fluent in English + at least one local language (Marathi / Hindi preferred) • Basic understanding of: • Website builders / website blocks • E-commerce concepts (catalog, product listing, orders, etc.) • Good communication & convincing skills • Self-motivated and target-driven • Comfortable using smartphone, WhatsApp, and basic web tools • Field sales experience preferred (not mandatory) Preferred Locations • Pune • Bhopal • Jabalpur • Balaghat • Nagpur • Delhi (Local candidates preferred) Who Should Apply? • Freelance sales professionals • College graduates looking for commission-based income • Digital marketing beginners wanting field experience • Anyone interested in helping local businesses go online How to Apply Send your details on: • Name • City • Languages Known • Past Sales Experience (if any) • Contact Number
