I need a streamlined mobile application that lets our nurses in South Africa accept shifts, navigate to patients, and get paid the moment the job is complete. Core user: registered nurses only. The interface should recognise their role from sign-up, display available visits based on current GPS position, and update our operations dashboard with: • Live tracking of each nurse’s location during an active shift • Turn-by-turn navigation to client addresses • Geofencing so we can flag entry into or exit from designated service areas Instant payment is just as important. When a visit is closed out, the nurse must be able to receive funds immediately through secure credit or debit card rails (think in-app Visa/Mastercard payout via a provider like PayFast or Stripe Connect). No other payment options are required for this first release. I’m open to a cross-platform build—React Native, Flutter, or similar—so long as the finished app runs smoothly on recent Android and iOS devices and the codebase is maintainable. A lightweight web admin panel for our agency staff to post shifts, watch live maps, and trigger payments will complete the project. Deliverables 1.
