I’m renovating a compact office and already have both legacy and current AutoCAD drawings ready to go. Your task is to turn those DWGs into a clean, well-structured Revit model, then generate photorealistic interior renderings that clearly communicate our design intent. Scope of work • Build a coordinated Revit model from the supplied AutoCAD plans, covering all architectural elements plus the key mechanical, electrical and plumbing runs we’ll be keeping or shifting. • Optimise the model for efficient file size, logical worksets and clear browser organisation so our team can continue refining it after hand-off. • Produce high-quality interior visuals that showcase the proposed furniture layout and lighting design. We’ll use these images for stakeholder approvals, so realistic materials, accurate illumination and thoughtful camera angles are essential. Deliverables 1. Native Revit file (version 2023 or later) with sheets, views and families properly named. 2. At least three high-resolution interior renderings (minimum 4K) from approved viewpoints. 3. One round of revisions on both the model and the renders to fine-tune details. I’ll provide the CAD files, a brief on functional changes and reference photos of the existing space.
