You will receive the floor plan, basic furniture schedule, and a mood-board; your task is to take that information and return three high-resolution stills that look camera-ready for client approval. The look should feel professional and lived-in, with believable materials, daylight and artificial lighting balanced for realism. You are free to work in the software you know best—3ds Max with V-Ray, Corona, Blender, SketchUp with Enscape, or a comparable pipeline—as long as the final PNG/JPEG images reach at least 3840 × 2160 px and are clear of watermarks. To keep the process efficient: • I’ll provide DWG/PDF plans, reference photos, and material swatches on day one. • You share clay previews for angle confirmation, then a draft render for any minor tweaks. • Final delivery includes three polished renders plus the source files (if possible) so we can generate additional views later. A strong portfolio of interior office visuals is essential; links to similar work will help me assess fit quickly.
