I need a custom commission plan in my Odoo Online database that works just like the standard salesperson commission model but assigned to an “Architect” role. I already use the Studio app, so most of the setup can be built there, with only light Python code where Studio falls short. The plan itself must support tiered commission rates and an additional performance-bonus rule that I can tweak later. Commissions have to post automatically inside the Sales module and flow through to Accounting so they show up on invoices and journals without manual intervention. On the reporting side, I only need a clear Earnings report that breaks down commissions by architect, order, and date range. A simple menu entry under Reporting is fine as long as I can export to Excel/CSV.
