B2B Wholesale Ordering App Integrated with Odoo ERP Project Overview We are looking to build a private B2B mobile application for our wholesale customers. The app will be used exclusively by approved wholesale traders of our company (not public users). The main objective is to digitize the ordering process and integrate it seamlessly with our Odoo ERP system, eliminating manual orders via WhatsApp or phone calls. Goals Enable wholesale customers to place orders easily Automatically sync orders with Odoo Sales Orders Apply customer-specific pricing (Price Lists) Improve operational efficiency and order accuracy Target Users Approved wholesale traders only Login credentials created and managed by admin Different trader tiers (small / medium / large) – pricing varies Core Features (Phase 1 – MVP) 1. Authentication Secure login (username & password) Accounts created by admin only 2. Product Catalog Product image Name & specifications Customer-specific price Available quantity (optional) 3. Order Creation Add products to cart Select quantities Submit order Optional notes per order 4. Order Tracking Order status (Pending / Approved / Shipped) Order number Order date Status updates synced from Odoo Odoo Integration (Critical Requirement) The app must integrate directly with Odoo using API / REST: Customers → Odoo Contacts Products → Odoo Products Price Lists → Customer-specific pricing Orders → Odoo Sales Orders Order status sync between Odoo and app Experience with Odoo API integration is mandatory. Technical Stack (Flexible) We are open to suggestions, but expected stack: Mobile App: Flutter or React Native Backend: Laravel / Node.js Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL Odoo Integration: Odoo REST API Architecture must be scalable and clean.
