Core functions I’m looking for: • Workflow automation – auto-create and advance work orders as items move through cutting, sewing, finishing, and packaging. • Employee task management – assign staff to each operation, show real-time workload, and let supervisors re-allocate jobs quickly. • Production tracking – barcode or tablet interface that logs start/stop times, quantities, and rejects so I can see efficiency at every stage. The solution should plug neatly into Odoo’s standard Manufacturing and Inventory apps and be easy for operators with minimal tech experience.
