The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, gather detailed requirements, and document them in line with Odoo standards. You will serve as the bridge between the client and the technical team to ensure smooth project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and processes. Gather, analyze, and document requirements as per Odoo standards. Translate client needs into functional specifications for the technical team. Conduct gap analysis between client requirements and Odoo functionalities. Support the project team during implementation and testing phases. Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and training materials. Requirements: Proven experience as an Odoo Business Analyst or Functional Consultant. Strong understanding of Odoo ERP modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.). Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills. Ability to work directly with clients and manage requirement discussions. Based in or willing to relocate to Gandhinagar. Preferred: Experience with Odoo 18 E or later versions. Functional certification in Odoo (a plus).
