I am rolling out a B2B marketplace on the Odoo Website module and need an experienced Odoo developer who can move fast. The long-term vision is an end-to-end supply-chain platform, but the very first milestone is a fully working supplier-registration flow. Scope of this initial phase • Activate and configure Odoo’s Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Accounting, and CRM apps so all core data models are ready for use. • Create a custom supplier sign-up wizard that captures, at minimum, company details and product listings and stores them in structured tables that play nicely with the standard Odoo models. • Design the front-end with ease of navigation as the top priority; it must feel native to the Odoo Website builder and be fully responsive. • Build the back-end logic that tags newly approved suppliers for future matching with client inquiries. • Keep the database schema clean and well documented so migrating to a bespoke ERP later is straightforward. Why this matters Once supplier onboarding is solid, we will add buyer inquiry forms, an AI-driven matching layer, and automated order flows, so the code you deliver now has to be future-proof. Deliverables for this milestone 1. Custom supplier registration pages (front-end and back-end). 2. Stored records for company details and product listings linked to native Odoo models. 3. Navigation tested across desktop, tablet, and mobile. 4. Technical documentation covering models, views, and any custom Python/JS. Acceptance criteria • A new supplier can register from the website without back-end intervention. • Data immediately appears in the Odoo backend under a dedicated Supplier menu and syncs with Inventory and Sales modules. • UX passes a quick five-step usability test (no dead ends, no hidden buttons, loads <2 s on 4G).
