I want to bring every aspect of an NGO’s public-facing work under one roof. The core objective is simple: make it effortless for supporters to donate and, in turn, help participating organisations raise more money. The platform must: • Onboard multiple NGOs with their own dashboards for projects, reports and compliance documents. • Accept donations through UPI, credit and debit cards, dynamic QR codes, and standard bank transfers, routing payments securely to the chosen NGO account. • Let volunteers register, maintain profiles and join specific initiatives. • Handle event bookings (paid or free), issuing e-tickets and managing attendance caps in real time. • Offer an e-commerce module where NGOs list merchandise, calculate shipping and track inventory. • Provide a campaign builder so each organisation can launch time-bound or evergreen appeals, monitor progress and share on social media. Key requirements – Mobile-first UI with light CMS so non-technical staff can update content. – PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway integration and webhook-based transaction logging. – Modular codebase (Laravel / Django / Node are all acceptable) with a REST or GraphQL API for future mobile app extensions. – Role-based access for super-admin, NGO admin, volunteer and donor. – Deployment on a scalable cloud stack (AWS, GCP or Azure) with CI/CD and basic monitoring. Deliverables 1. Source code in a private repository, fully documented. 2. Migration scripts and database schema. 3. Short video walkthrough covering NGO onboarding, a test donation and merchandise checkout. 4. Two weeks of post-launch support to fix any critical bugs. Once the platform is live I will measure success by higher completed-donation rates, seamless volunteer sign-ups and the ability to spin up new NGO campaigns in minutes.
