Newspaper Theme Image Sizing Fix

On my WordPress site nutricelldynamics.com (Newspaper theme) the featured image behaves badly: it appears gigantic on single post pages and gets awkwardly cropped on the home page. What I really want instead is a clean three-column grid of blog snippets on the front page, each with an image I can size as I insert it—while the featured image on the full post remains elegant and proportionate, or is hidden altogether if that proves simpler. Here’s the workflow I’m after: • I select or upload a picture while writing a post, set its custom dimensions, publish, and—without any extra steps—the home page automatically shows that post in the three-across layout with the image looking just the way I set it. • The solution can rely on a reliable plugin or a small code tweak; I’m open to either as long as it stays lightweight and future-proof. • Once it’s in place, every new post should benefit from the same behavior automatically. Please adjust the Newspaper theme templates, CSS, or thumbnail settings (and, if helpful, recommend or configure a plugin) so the above flows smoothly. A brief note or screen-share walkthrough on how to replicate the sizing for future posts will wrap this up. I have the CFA Plugin. https://nutricelldynamics.com/get-back-your-sexy-curves-naturally-beautiful-breasts-in-two-easy-steps/?preview_id=399&preview_nonce=e377b0e6dd&post_format=standard&_thumbnail_id=400&preview=true
