Job Title: Network Testing Support Specialist (Bangladesh – Robi Network) Job Description: We are looking for a reliable person based in Bangladesh to support ongoing network testing activities for our client for Robi mobile network. The role involves assisting with the on-the-ground setup and daily handling of mobile devices used for OTP (One-Time Password) delivery testing via SMS and voice channels. Scope of Work: - Manage up to 5 Android handsets (devices will be provided by us) - Install our testing application on the devices (guided remotely) - Insert and rotate SIM cards regularly as per testing requirements - Ensure devices are: - connected to WiFi - connected to power at all times - Support testing of incoming OTP delivery (SMS and Voice OTP) Responsibilities: - Daily basic handling of devices (SIM rotation, connectivity checks) - Keeping devices operational and online - Providing a safe and stable location where devices will be: - powered 24/7 - connected to internet Important Notes: - The freelancer is required to complete a simple initial setup, which includes installing our application on the devices (takes up to 5 minutes per phone, with our guidance) - All further technical setup, configuration, and monitoring are handled remotely by our team - This role does not require advanced technical skills - Once the initial setup is completed, the workload is light and routine (mainly SIM rotation and ensuring devices remain connected) Project Duration: - Long-term engagement (~6 months) - Potential for extension depending on performance Ideal Candidate: - Based in Bangladesh - Responsible and reliable - Has stable internet connection - Able to host devices in a secure indoor location If you're interested, please share: - Your location - Internet setup details - Availability to start
