Configure and finalize SaaS environment after base install, install webkul saas kit. 2. Ensure multi-tenant setup with trials, billing, backups, monitoring, white-label UI, and plan-based provisioning. 3. I also need a simple custom feature, under projects i need to be able to show an image of the project (not on tasks that is already there). 4. Proof approval system that links to projects. Send client links that dont require login to approve and the approvals link to the project system. Must be safe and secure. 5. Rebranding of the ios odoo app so that people can use on the go (not a wrapper of web). There is certain features needed only in app. You are not building from scratch. Someone said there is no opensource code? Is this true or not? 6. Full rebranding/theme of odoo beyond just the logo so it looks more customized and not just odoo with a logo. Including icons etc. Must not look the same so people will not look at it and think odoo beyond just colors. Zero mention of odoo including in code and work in all updates. Users must not be able to fully control their instances, we own their access as i believe odoo instances are fully codable installs. 7. Since this is community edition there is some extra apps that need to be installed to make it as up to date as enterprise like the OCA accounting kit. 8. Ai help desk based on odoo docs and live chat for certain users all via their instance. Must also work with help desk tickets as well. 9. Front end integration with wordpress for ordering and documentation. The main site on the top level domain will be wordpress just for ease of use, the kit seems to use its own odoo websites so hopefully it can be worked out. 10. Global menu page and place on homepage dashboard for announcements, updates and ads type setting. basically push this to all sites from backend. Global Messaging & Announcements. 11. Project Management Upgrades (Stages-First): Make “Projects” land on a stages board by default (columns: Ordering, Proofing, Prepress, Production, Completed, Permits, Installation/Shipping), with projects as cards under each stage. Auto-create projects from orders/invoices/quotes using a naming template; seed into a default stage. Cards show Client, Stage, Due date, and “Due in X days/late”, and support drag-to-change stage (with audit log). Move the image uploader to the project header (drag-drop, visible thumbnail) and keep the WYSIWYG editor always visible (bold, links, etc.). Include filters/saved views and allow admins to edit stage labels/order and set templates—all without code.
