We’re expanding our AI training and data labeling team and are looking for native German speakers to join us as AI Trainers. In this role, you’ll help enhance large language models by evaluating AI-generated responses for accuracy, clarity, and linguistic quality. You’ll review German text outputs, follow detailed project guidelines, and provide feedback to improve AI performance and consistency. The ideal candidate is a native or C2-level German speaker with a sharp eye for detail and strong language judgment. You should be comfortable handling repetitive evaluation tasks and adhering to structured workflows. Prior experience in AI training, data labeling, or linguistic quality assurance is a plus but not mandatory — what matters most is precision, patience, and passion for language.
