I need an experienced recruiter to take full ownership of a current search for mid-level Technology professionals skilled in JavaScript, Python and Java. The role involves sourcing, screening and presenting a tight shortlist of qualified candidates who match both the technical stack and our culture requirements. Because the position reports directly to our U.S.-based team, you must speak and write English at a true native level to handle candidate outreach, screening calls and feedback sessions confidently. I expect you to leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, niche Slack communities or any other proven channels you prefer; an existing network in the software-engineering space will be a definite plus. Deliverables • 6–8 vetted résumés with summary notes on each candidate’s experience, salary expectations and availability • A brief weekly report outlining search progress, outreach numbers and pipeline health • Final hand-off call to review shortlisted talent and next-step recommendations Success criteria • All presented candidates meet the stated tech stack (JavaScript, Python, Java) and have 3-6 years’ hands-on experience • Minimum C1/C2 English communication demonstrated during your screening call • At least three candidates advance to our technical interview round I’m ready to start immediately and will provide the role profile, interview rubric and ATS access as soon as we agree on terms.
