Current pain points The merch page looks bland and the whole site feels sluggish and slow. Success criteria 1. Homepage carousel renders quickly on mobile and desktop. 2. Paid downloads and VIP freebies deliver automatically after purchase or sign-up. 3. Mailchimp list segments correctly; autoresponders send without delays. 4. Bandsintown widget displays dates responsively, no duplicate tour info. 5. Stripe test and live payments both complete without errors. 6. Pages score at least 85 on Google PageSpeed. The stack is WordPress (Uncode) with WooCommerce, WooCommerce Stripe Gateway, and Mailchimp; feel free to recommend lightweight performance plugins as long as they don’t bloat the site. Deliver the refreshed site, ready to flip live no later than three days before release day, so I have breathing room for final testing and promotion.
