I’m launching a clean, 7-to-9-page WordPress site for my real-estate consulting firm and need a developer who can take it from install to hand-off. Site structure & content I already have the logo, imagery, and copy. You’ll simply drop them into an elegant, mobile-friendly theme, making sure every page loads quickly and looks polished. Languages The site must be switchable to Spanish from day one, so please install and configure a reliable language-switching plugin (WPML, Polylang, or your preferred equivalent) with room to add more languages later. Property listings One page will display the listings that live on my other site. An iframe embed is sufficient—just set it up so it inherits my new site’s styling as much as possible. Payments Visitors need a straightforward way to pay for consulting services. Integrate a secure checkout that accepts credit/debit cards and bank transfers. If WooCommerce is the simplest path, great; if not, propose an alternative that still lets me manage transactions from the WordPress dashboard. Ownership & hosting I’ll provide the hosting account and expect full admin access when the project is complete. All work must be done on my server (or migrated there before launch) so I retain 100 % ownership of files, database, and domain.
