I have an existing fill-able PDF that I now want to turn into a WordPress-based feedback workflow. The goal is simple: visitors should be able to open a clean online form, complete it in any of the languages we provide, sign it with a built-in signature add-on, and submit it securely. TCPDF, FPDF, or a native Gravity PDF extension is fine as long as the output is pixel-perfect. • Implement multilingual support (at minimum English plus the language files I provide) so users can switch languages without losing the data they have already typed. • Keep everything secure—CSRF protection, spam prevention, and SSL-friendly signature capture are must-haves. I will supply the current editable PDF, translation strings, and WordPress admin access.
