Our newly launched IT firm is building a pool of reliable, senior-level freelancers who can jump straight into client work and keep quality high from day one. Every assignment you touch will involve real production code, so deep, hands-on expertise in Python, JavaScript, and Java is non-negotiable. Most of the work revolves around full-stack web development, mobile apps, and data analysis pipelines. Because many of our clients rely on us for end-to-end delivery, I’ll also expect you to steer project management—setting realistic milestones, coordinating with designers or QA, and reporting progress directly to me and, when required, to the client. If GIT, CI/CD, agile sprints, and clear documentation are second nature, you’ll fit right in. Typical engagement flow • You join a Slack channel dedicated to the client project. • I share the brief, repo access, and preferred tooling (often React or Vue on the front end, Django/FastAPI or Spring Boot on the back end, plus PostgreSQL and Docker). • You estimate scope, outline a task breakdown, then own delivery through to production hand-off. Deliverable for each assignment • Clean, well-documented code in the agreed stack • A short change-log and deployment notes • Weekly status summary covering blockers, risks, and next steps If you are confident working independently, comfortable presenting trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders, and eager to help a young firm delight its customers, send over a brief note with links to two recent projects that highlight your role in both coding and project leadership.
