I’m rolling out a company-wide application suite made up of three distinct modules: a secure Client Portal, a full-featured Inventory Management system, and a streamlined Client Complaint tracker. Each module is already mapped in its own document, which I will share as soon as we kick off. The whole suite must perform flawlessly in modern browsers and as native iOS/Android apps. Although these modules will launch as stand-alone products, the codebase needs to stay API-friendly so we can hook into our ERP system down the line. Core deliverables • Client Portal – role-based login, order history, document downloads, and real-time messaging • Inventory Management – multi-warehouse stock control, barcode/QR scanning, auto-reorder alerts, and analytics dashboard • Complaint Management – ticket creation, SLA timers, escalation flow, and status notifications Acceptance criteria • One shared user directory with SSO across the three modules • Responsive web UI plus mobile builds ready for TestFlight and Google Play internal testing • Clean, well-commented code and API documentation prepared for future ERP integration • Staging and production environments deployed on our cloud account Tech stack is flexible I’m open to whichever stack meets our scalability, security, and maintainability goals. I’ll set milestones once you’ve reviewed the spec documents, so feel free to suggest a phasing plan. Share your preferred tech stack, comparable work, and any questions, and we’ll take it from there.
