I’m finalising the millwork for a newly built modern villa and need an experienced interior architect or cabinet designer to translate my concepts into production-ready documents. The scope covers roughly 15–17 bespoke pieces: an entrance closet, full height wardrobes for two dressing rooms, a TV feature unit, a girls’ study table with integrated mirror storage, plus a show kitchen. What I will hand over • A confirmed colour palette of laminated veneer and natural wood veneer sheets • Preliminary notes on shelf and frame thicknesses What I expect back • 2D CAD shop drawings for every cabinet, fully dimensioned and annotated for joinery • One high-resolution, photorealistic 3D render per cabinet that focuses on the unit itself (no full-room scenes necessary) • A cut list for each piece so the workshop can move straight to fabrication (if you can’t supply this, let me know up front) I’ve left most design details open so you can add your own creative touch, provided the outcome stays strictly modern and respects the chosen veneers. Speed is important, but accuracy is critical; each drawing will be checked against the site measurements before sign-off. If you have a solid track record in custom cabinetry—especially entrance storage, dressing rooms, TV units and contemporary kitchens—let’s talk about timelines and file exchange. Renderings can be done in 3ds Max, SketchUp + V-Ray, or any tool that delivers crisp, realistic images. CAD should be in DWG or DXF.
