Building programme • Ground floor: covered car park plus one private sitting room for each flat, and a single septic tank • Level 1: three bedrooms per flat (one master in each) and a private terrace for every unit • Roof: shared swimming pool, water tank and a solar-panel array that serves both flats Design requirements • Master architectural plan that clearly organises circulation, services and structure • Full drawings set: architectural, structural, plumbing and electrical, ready for permitting • Interior layouts and finishes that showcase smart-home technology and energy-efficient appliances • Exterior and interior 3D models with high-resolution stills and at least one fly-through video • Detailed construction drawings with dimensions, schedules, material specs and notes Acceptance criteria 1. All documents delivered in both PDF and the original editable format (DWG or Revit preferred). 2. Models must be geographically true and suitable for BIM coordination. 3.
