I’m preparing to launch a towel line at an upcoming trade fair and need a fresh, modern-looking booth that puts the products front and center. The space should instantly communicate innovation while remaining welcoming enough for visitors to step inside, touch the fabrics, and linger. Core goals • Product showcase is the driving purpose. Everything—from layout to lighting—should direct attention to the towels, encouraging visitors to explore textures and colors up close. • A modern, innovative feel matters more than luxury or casual vibes. Clean geometry, contemporary materials, dynamic lighting, and subtle tech touches are the direction I’m after. Must-have elements • Interactive screens or touch displays that tell the brand story and let guests swipe through styling ideas. • Well-lit product shelves or modular displays that can be re-arranged for different product groupings. • A small seating/lounge nook where longer conversations and sampling can happen without blocking traffic flow. Deliverables I expect 1. Concept sketches and mood boards showing palette, materials, and overall look. 2. Scaled floor plan with traffic flow clearly marked. 3. High-resolution 3D renders (static images or a short walkthrough) illustrating day and evening lighting scenarios. 4. A concise bill of materials and build notes so my fabrication team can cost and construct the design accurately. I’m available to answer any sizing or venue constraints once we connect, and I’d love to see samples of previous exhibition or retail builds you’ve handled. Looking forward to a design that turns heads—and towels—into conversation starters.
