Project Brief: Interior Visualisation & Detailing I already have the room drawings and overall design concept ready. The requirement now is to visualise the concept and develop detailed interior drawings with accurate material specifications and costing. Scope of Work: 3D Visualisation: Create realistic renders for the provided spaces based on the existing concept and room drawings. Interior Drawings: Prepare detailed furniture layouts, elevations, and sections as needed for execution. Material Specification: Recommend practical, readily available materials and finishes for all elements including flooring, walls, furniture, and lighting. Costing: Provide an approximate cost estimate based on the proposed materials and finishes. Spaces Covered: Sitting Room : L shape sofa with lay boy Infront of TV and TV table with soft lighting for better view and relaxing view , with some plants Working Desk : desk with a PC for working/ Gaming The goal is to bring the existing concept to life with clear visuals, precise drawings, and realistic cost insights that will guide execution. Timeline: Immediate – work to begin and initial visuals/drawings to be shared as soon as possible.
