I want fresh, contemporary façade concepts first—clean lines, balanced masses, smart material play—so we can agree on the look and feel before any modelling begins. Once that idea clicks, I will need a full visual package: photorealistic 3D renders that capture daylight and night scenes, a coordinated 2D elevation with dimensions and material call-outs, and any plans or sectional details required for the site contractor to execute without guesswork. All architectural files I already have (DWG/PDF) will be shared at kickoff. Accurate scaling, true-to-spec materials and clean layer management are essential acceptance criteria. A short revision loop after each stage is expected so the final package feels polished rather than patched.
