A preliminary CAD file is attached that fixes the basic footprint of a small resort: ten prefabricated huts in a ground-plus-one configuration (five units on each level). Every hut measures 30’ × 14’ and is already zoned into a 14’ bedroom, 9’ balcony and 7’ wash-room. The assignment now moves from concept to fully buildable documentation and visualisation, all in a clean, contemporary style: • Architecture & structure – Complete permit-ready drawings, detail and BOQ for an MS-steel frame with 75 mm air-con panels as infill. – Engineering of a 2 ft-high platform that spans the remaining 600–700 m² on site. • MEP – Full electrical, lighting, data and plumbing layouts for the resort and each room, coordinated with the CAD base. • Interiors – Modern theme throughout; furniture, finishes and fixture schedules for every hut and common areas. • Landscape – Master plan incorporating the wooden deck and pool shown in the CAD, plus softscape and circulation treatments that match the modern aesthetic. • Visuals – Photorealistic 3-D renders (day and night) and a smooth walkthrough video that clearly presents all key zones. Final files should be delivered in CAD (DWG), PDF, BOQ spreadsheets and high-resolution images/video so construction crews and investors can work straight from them. Kindly review the attachment and confirm your workflow, software stack, and estimated timeline so we can agree milestones and proceed.
