We are a global fintech company expanding our Nairobi office and are looking for an experienced freelance Interior Designer to plan and design our new workspace. Project Overview: Space: Approx. 4,250 sq ft industrial shell (concrete floors) within a managed office building. Capacity: 100 employees across 3 distinct teams. Goal: Create a modern, open-plan layout that uses furniture (planters, shelving) for zoning rather than rigid walls. Key Requirements: Space Planning: Design a layout that maximizes natural light and flow while creating distinct "neighborhoods" for each team. Acoustics: Propose solutions for noise management in an open space (carpeting, baffles) and strategically place 5–8 soundproof phone booths. Visualization: Provide 2D floor plans and 3D renders/mood boards to visualize the look and feel. Furniture Selection: Recommend workstations, pods, and collaborative furniture. Deliverables: Final 2D Layout Plan. 3D Renders. Furniture & Material Specification List.
