Your task is to convert my material into CAD-based colour renderings that communicate the concept to investors and planning officials, then supply basic-massing 3D views that capture the overall form. The site plan must explicitly showcase the landscaping and garden areas alongside parking and vehicular access so circulation reads instantly. Deadline Everything needs to be wrapped up within two weeks, with the final package delivered no later than 24 February 2026.
