I’m redesigning the communal green areas of our residential society into a clean, modern‐minimalist garden. The brief is strictly garden design—no hard-landscaping blueprints or elaborate water features are required, though your concept can show where paths or a small reflective pool might sit if that helps the overall flow. The look I’m after is pared-back and contemporary: simple geometry, restrained plant palettes, crisp edges and plenty of breathing space. The final scheme should feel calm, be easy to maintain and look equally good from ground level and apartment balconies. To keep the project straightforward, I’ll need three concrete deliverables: • A scaled master plan showing planting zones, circulation and focal points • A planting schedule with species, sizes and quantities suitable for our subtropical climate and low-maintenance brief • Two or three perspective renders or SketchUp views so the residents’ committee can visualise the layout before we move to implementation If you prefer specific tools—AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, Photoshop—please mention that in your proposal. I’ll share photos, rough measurements and any utility constraints once we start. My decision will be based on clarity of your proposed workflow, the relevance of past minimalist projects and how well you translate our space into an elegant, livable garden.
