What I expect from you • A clear space plan that makes the most of natural light and existing architecture • A cohesive colour palette and materials board that anchor the Modern style • 2-D floor plans and at least one 3-D visual or photorealistic rendering so I can review the look before implementation • A detailed furniture and décor sourcing list with dimensions, prices and links (local or online) • Styling guidelines I can follow when installing the pieces Preferred tools are SketchUp, AutoCAD or comparable software for layout work, and Photoshop or similar for mood boards; however, if you have another workflow that delivers the same clarity, I’m open to it. My timeline is flexible but I’d like to see an initial concept within two weeks of project start.
