The brief is straightforward: transform a single living room into a modern space that rests on a calm, neutral-tone palette. I will supply full room measurements and a few reference photos as soon as we start. From there, the scope includes planning the layout, selecting every major furniture piece, and illustrating the concept with clear CAD drawings. You may use AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or any other professional drafting software you prefer, as long as the final files open cleanly for dimension checks. Lighting, wall treatments, and soft furnishings should all follow the same modern language—think sleek lines, functional forms, and textures that work in layered neutrals rather than bold colour pops. Deliverables • Scaled CAD floor plan and elevations (DWG + PDF). • 2–3 high-resolution rendered perspectives that communicate materiality and lighting. • Curated furniture and décor schedule: item names, dimensions, finish options, and direct purchase links or codes. • A concise material board (JPEG or PDF) showing paint, fabrics, and key finishes so I can share it internally. Acceptance Criteria • Layout must remain practical for everyday living and respect the existing door/window positions I will provide. • All chosen items fit the indicated clearances in the CAD file. • The render lighting reads naturally in both day and evening scenes. • Files deliver on or before the agreed hand-over date and allow at least one round of minor revisions. Once we align on the concept, milestones will be set for CAD approval, renders, and final package hand-over.
