Inside, the space must revolve around three focal requirements I have already defined: • Custom showcases and displays that use clean glass panels with fine metal framing so every piece reads like it is floating. • A comfortable yet compact seating area where clients can sit while discussing bespoke orders. Think upholstered chairs that complement the metal detailing. • Layered lighting design—ambient, task, and dramatic accent light—to make stones sparkle without glare and to guide customers naturally through the room. Glass and metal are the core finishes I want throughout: brushed steel trims, slim aluminium profiles, low-iron glass, perhaps a mirrored stainless backdrop behind select shelves. Other materials such as wood, stone, marble or chrome should be used only as subtle accents if they enhance the overall look. For the exterior, I envision a sleek storefront with large glazing, minimalist metal mullions, and integrated lighting that frames the entrance after dark. The signage needs to feel premium but understated, aligning with the modern vocabulary you establish inside. Please provide: 1. Dimensioned floor plan and reflected ceiling plan (CAD or Revit is fine). 2. 3D interior and exterior renderings (SketchUp, 3ds Max + V-Ray, or comparable). 3. A concise material and fixture schedule specifying all glass types, metal finishes, lighting fixtures, and furnishings. 4. Two rounds of refinements after the first presentation so we can fine-tune details. Final files should be delivered in both editable format (DWG/SKP/3DS or RVT) and high-resolution JPEG/PNG for presentation.
