I’m commissioning photorealistic renders that show off both the interiors and a sleek, modern exterior for my current project. Outside, I need three distinct perspectives: a street-level shot to illustrate curb appeal, an aerial view for overall massing and roof articulation, and a garden-level angle that highlights outdoor living areas. Inside, I’d like the key rooms rendered with the same contemporary palette and clean lines so everything feels cohesive. You’ll receive my CAD files, basic material schedule, and reference imagery as soon as we start. Feel free to work in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Blender, Lumion, or whichever pipeline you’re fastest with—as long as the final images look convincingly real. Deliverables • Street, aerial, and garden exterior views (min. 4 K resolution, PNG/JPG) • Interior stills for the main living areas (same resolution) • Source files or layered PSDs so future tweaks are possible • Up to two rounds of minor revisions included Real-world lighting, accurate materials, and attention to small architectural details will be the main acceptance criteria.
