I’m finalising a new house plan as can be seen on the screenshot attached and need a set of photorealistic interior visuals to confirm design choices before build-out. The house will have three levels and will be villa-type on a hill overlooking a river and ocean. The brief is straightforward: create high-quality renders that look like photos and not amateur or low quality drawings for the cosy lounge, two living rooms incl dining area (one each on two levels), two kitchens adjacent to the living rooms (one is not indicated on the plan but you will be shown where it will be), main bedroom including the ensuite bathroom and finally the entrance hall which will be on the main level but with a staircase and elevator to an upper level. We would like to see the entrance hall from two levels and how the areas will interact with each other. All must be done in a modern style that celebrates an open floor plan, abundant natural lighting and crisp, clean lines. The reason we want to see the entrance hall/areas on two levels is because we are not sure whether we want to create double-volume entrance hall or keep it as is. It would therefore be appreciated if you could make a slight change to the plan to provide for double-volume entrance hall in order for us to see the difference. I think this can easily be done. You’ll receive the architectural drawings in PDF and a few inspiration images the moment we start. From there I’d like you to develop the entire scene—furniture, finishes, lighting, doors, windows, décor—so each space feels coherent and contemporary. Neutral palettes with subtle warm accents usually work well for us as you will see from the photos which will be provided to the chosen designer. Deliverables: • At least two high-resolution (4K) still renders per room indicated above showing different camera angles. For the main entrance hall we might need more renders in order to see the effect of making it double volume versus keeping it as is. A 3D walk-through instead of still images for this area might be even better but you can advise regarding that. • Source file from your preferred software (3ds Max + V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp + V-Ray, Blender Cycles, Lumion, etc.) so I can request edits later if needed. • Two rounds of minor revisions included to tweak materials, colours or furniture placement. Real-world scale, realistic materials and natural daylight should be clearly visible in the final images.
