Project Title: Hotel Exterior & Landscape 3D Design (Existing Building) Project Description: We are seeking an experienced commercial exterior designer to develop a high-quality 3D design for a hotel property. The building structure is already completed, and the requirement is focused solely on exterior façade and landscape design. The goal is to enhance the overall visual appeal with a modern, attractive design that aligns with contemporary hospitality standards. Scope of Work: * Exterior façade design for the existing hotel building * Landscape design (including entrance, pathways, greenery, and lighting concepts) * 3D modeling and photorealistic rendering * Material and color selection for the exterior * Lighting design concept for night-time visualization Requirements: * Proven experience in commercial and hospitality exterior design * Strong portfolio demonstrating similar completed projects * Ability to deliver high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders * Good understanding of modern hotel design trends Deliverables: * 3D rendered images (day and night views) * Design concept including material and color palette * Editable/source files (if applicable) Additional Information: * The selected designer will be required to visit the site for measurements and a better understanding of the project * This project is for design only; execution is not included
