I'm looking for an experienced architect to design a modern, minimalist-style home. The house will be in place of an old house we did a large addition to a year ago...the current addition has a large garage and 2 bedrooms/kitchen/laundry/living/baths. The new house will replace the old house we did the addition too. Lower level will have a drive in garage to house 4-6 vehicles, a gym/workout area, a bar looking into the garage at cars, a mechanical room and maybe a tv room, the main floor will connect to the addition part we previously did. The main floor will have an open concept plan with kitchen/dining/living space, an office, and two bedrooms with ample covered outdoor space. The upper level will have only the master suite. Large master suite, large bedroom, large closets and sitting area with deck overlooking the backyard. exterior finishes are stucco, stone and lp siding....combination of flat roof and minimal slope roofs. All opening the the backyard with an outdoor pool area. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in modern home design - Strong portfolio in minimalist architecture - Ability to creatively integrate multiple functional spaces -Outdoor design work Please provide samples of previous work and a rough timeline for completion.
