I’m preparing a line of residential hemp-based modular homes and need an experienced designer to turn the concept into a build-ready package. The brief is straightforward: create modern-style dwellings between roughly 1,200 – 2,000 sq ft that showcase the performance and sustainability advantages of hempcrete panels and complementary bio-materials. You’ll start with schematic layouts that balance open, airy living areas with efficient service cores, then refine them into full architectural drawings. Because these units must ship as volumetric modules, every wall, connection, and opening has to respect typical road-transport dimensions and on-site craning constraints. Natural light, passive-solar orientation, and low-energy mechanical systems should be baked into the concept rather than added later. I’m looking for a deliverable set that will let a fabrication partner jump straight into engineering: • Floor plans, elevations, and two building sections in PDF and DWG • A parametric 3D model (Revit, Archicad, or SketchUp) showing the modular breakup • Basic structural intent for hempcrete panel spans and connections • Illustrated material schedule underscoring the hemp components and any recycled steel or timber accents • Rendered visuals to help investors and home-buyers picture the final product Files need to be clean, well-layered, and labelled so future consultants can iterate without guesswork. If you’ve previously detailed prefab or bio-based construction, I’d love to see it when you respond.
