I’m ready to add 1 ½ new duplex floors to my existing building (total land area: roughly 200 m²) and need an architect who can take my preliminary concept and old AutoCAD file, refine it, and turn it into construction-ready documents plus attractive visuals. Here is what matters most to me: • Style: clean, Modern lines. • Features I want celebrated throughout the scheme—an open floor plan, generous energy-efficient solutions, and plenty of large windows that pull in light. • Interior planning must cover the exact number of bedrooms, a clearly defined kitchen position, and at least one dedicated home-office space. Workflow I have in mind 1. You translate my sketch into three distinct design iterations. On new Duplex Ground-floor, we will have sitting area (double height) with two bedrooms and Kitchen and two Bathrooms. On 1st Floor, we will have three Bedrooms and three bathrooms. 2. We review together, choose one, and you develop full architectural plans. 3. Detailed 2D/3D drawings are produced in AutoCAD; photorealistic renders follow in Revit or another capable open-source tool. Final package I expect • Three initial schemes (PDF + DWG). • Signed-off architectural plans (DWG, DXF). • High-resolution 3D render images and all raw model files. I’ll stay actively involved, supplying feedback quickly so we can move from concept to finished documents without wasted cycles. If you are comfortable collaborating in this way and can deliver professional-grade AutoCAD and Revit output, let’s get started.
