I’m looking for a CAD-savvy interior designer to develop a complete, modern concept for a new dental clinic. The scope covers every zone—reception, waiting, treatment rooms and all support spaces—so I end up with one coherent look and feel from front door to operatory. You’ll translate my notes, room sizes and functional requirements into clear CAD drawings that capture flow, furniture placement and the crisp, contemporary aesthetic I’m after. At minimum I’ll need: • Scaled floor plan with room labels and circulation • Interior elevations or sections that show cabinetry, equipment and finishes • A few 3D views or rendered perspectives so I can visualise the modern style before build-out Please work in AutoCAD, Revit, or comparable software and provide editable source files along with PDFs ready for contractors. I’m happy to answer technical questions quickly and will review drafts promptly so we can iterate toward the final design without delay.
