Granite is the countertop material I’m set on, so the palette, cabinet finishes, splash-back treatment and lighting plan all need to work around that choice. Because the footprint is small, every millimetre counts. I’ll need smart storage ideas, ergonomic workflow, and guidance on appliance placement that keeps the room feeling open. A quick mood-board won’t be enough—I’m looking for drawings I can hand straight to my contractor and suppliers. Deliverables I’ll use to brief the build team: • Scaled floor plan and elevations (PDF + editable file) • 3D renders showing day and evening lighting • Annotated colour and materials schedule highlighting granite selections • A concise fixture list with model numbers for cabinetry hardware, lighting and appliances If you use tools like SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit or similar, let me know; the ability to tweak the model later is a plus.
