I have a 10-Marla plot and I’m ready to turn it into a premium, double-story residence that functions as two self-contained units yet still feels like one cohesive home. The brief is modern—clean lines, generous glazing, and open living spaces that flow naturally from room to room. Layout & space planning Each portion must hold two bedrooms, thoughtfully positioned for privacy, while the shared areas remain bright and airy. I need the plan to accommodate two cars off-street without sacrificing the visual appeal of the façade. Both independent and shared entrance routes are required, so please integrate a clever circulation strategy that keeps options open for future use. Aesthetic expectations The front elevation should immediately read “luxury modern” from the street, but without unnecessary ornamentation. Think elegant massing, balanced proportions, and materials that will weather well in our climate. Deliverables (PDF + source files) • Ground- and first-floor plans with clear dimensions, furniture layout, and circulation arrows • Front elevation and at least two 3-D exterior perspectives that illustrate material choices • Parking and driveway layout coordinated with the main gate position • Basic structural grid so my local engineer can validate the scheme • Editable CAD files (DWG or RVT) plus high-resolution images for presentation I work best with designers who are comfortable in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or a comparable toolset and who can iterate quickly on feedback. If your portfolio already shows smart space utilization and striking façades, I’d love to see it.
