The homepage is the hero of this project, but I also need the product, collection, and cart/checkout templates brought up to the same modern standard. Here’s the full picture. Seventy percent of our traffic is on phones, so every pixel has to feel native on mobile. Right now we score a painful 38 on Google PageSpeed; you’ll help me push that to at least an 80 without sacrificing any visual flair. I’ll share our brand guidelines PDF—colors, typography, logos—and the current live site once we start. All product photography is ready to drop in, so you can concentrate on layout, interactions, and performance. Klaviyo is already wired up on the back end; I just need your refreshed theme to surface email pop-ups and other list-building modules cleanly. Enhanced image galleries (swipe, zoom, fullscreen) are essential on both desktop and mobile.
