I’m moving a ground-up project from concept to construction and I need one coordinated package that covers Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines. Architectural scope The job starts with detailed floor plans and exterior elevations, then advances into full working drawings. I also need 3D renderings to help the owners visualise the massing and materials, plus a quantity take-off that we can plug straight into our cost model. Mechanical & Electrical scope Alongside the architectural set, I want complete HVAC, lighting and power plans that align perfectly with the architectural layouts. Equipment schedules, panel boards, duct and conduit routing should all read cleanly across the sheets so our site team can build without RFI traffic. Deliverables • Layered CAD (DWG) or Revit files for every sheet • Print-ready PDFs in standard architectural sizes • Separate quantity take-off spreadsheet tied to the drawing references • A short revision log so we can trace updates Everything must be suitable for new-construction permitting, so please follow the relevant code conventions for plans, notes and legends. I’ll supply the site survey, basic massing model and design brief on award; you return a first pass we can review together before moving to final issue.
