What I expect from you: • A full lighting architecture that blends ambient, accent, and task lighting for each space, showing how the layers work together in plan and section views. • Fixture schedules and specification sheets with model numbers, lamp types, lumen output, colour temperature, and control notes so my contractor can order and install without guesswork. • Circuiting and basic load information that an electrician can translate directly into the wiring plan. • Visual support—rendered perspectives or light studies created in DIALux, Relux, Revit, or similar—so I can review the mood before any purchases are made.
